THE RUO PEPTIDES GUIDE

Know what to ask.
See what you’re getting.

Your product list deserves a specific answer. A useful offer tells you what is accepted, which website conditions apply and what happens to your money after a transaction.

Product acceptance

Ask whether the specific peptides and Bacwater you sell are accepted. Keep exclusions visible in each proposal.

Website requirements

Compare gated-site, gated-checkout and other provider requirements before starting an application.

Money and access

See processing fees, reserve holds, payout timing and the account structure together.

Start with the products you actually sell.

A broad category label leaves room for misunderstanding. Give each provider the same description of your research-use-only business, your website and a current product list. Ask it to confirm its answer against those materials so you can compare like for like.

  • Name the products and product categories you want covered, and ask the provider to list exclusions.
  • Ask explicitly whether bacteriostatic water (Bacwater) may be sold alongside peptides. Do not leave the answer implied by general category acceptance.
  • Explain where the company is registered and where customers are based. Those are separate parts of the proposal.

Make website conditions part of the offer.

Website changes can affect the customer journey as well as the time needed to get started. Ask for the exact condition and who will review it before you invest in implementation. A note saying “gated” is less useful than a clear description of where and how access should be restricted.

  • Compare a gated site, a gated checkout only, no gating restrictions and an answer still to be confirmed.
  • Request a written list of website changes and product exclusions, with the person responsible for checking them.
  • Ask what happens if you add a new product, change website content or open a new customer market.

Compare cash flow as well as the headline rate.

A lower processing percentage is only one part of an offer. Keep the fixed transaction charge, rolling reserve and payout costs visible. Ask the provider to explain the event that starts T+, whether it counts business or calendar days and which days payouts are scheduled.

  • Record the reserve percentage, holding period and release process separately from fees.
  • Confirm whether the proposed MID is dedicated to your merchant or used within a shared arrangement, and ask what could interrupt processing.
  • Check the contracting company, payout currency, bank or crypto payout method, and any conversion or transfer charges.

Move from a quote to a clear application.

When you want to continue, carry the chosen terms into a private application. Share selected document links with that provider and keep requests for changes in the same conversation. Clarify the final approval steps before treating an initial quote as a ready-to-use account.

  • Ask which documents are required and the date range for bank and processing statements.
  • Confirm both the gateway and the connection method: for example, a proposed gateway plus a WooCommerce plugin or direct API.
  • Agree who provides setup instructions, who checks a test transaction and who confirms readiness to go live.

Facts to know before you compare.

Two research-use-only conditions have their own answers in every Zolution proposal, so they cannot hide inside general category acceptance.

  • Each proposal for a research-use-only merchant answers “Bacwater accepted alongside peptides?” with Yes, No or To be confirmed.
  • The same proposal states the website access the provider requires: a gated site, a gated checkout only, no gating restrictions, or to be confirmed.
  • “No gating restrictions” describes the website condition only. It is not acceptance of every product you sell.
  • Where a provider leaves either answer blank, the comparison shows “Not specified”, never a yes.
  • Coverage of research-use-only merchants is the provider’s own declaration. Membership does not verify it, and Zolution makes no approval decision.
What underwriting checks before you apply →

Questions before you start.

Can a research-use-only description guarantee acceptance?

No. Ask the provider to confirm the actual products, website, company and markets covered by its proposal. Zolution does not make that approval decision.

Can I ask for different rates at different processing volumes?

Yes. Ask for volume tiers that state the monthly processing allocated to that provider, the terms at each threshold and what happens if actual volume is different.

Does choosing an offer share all my documents?

No. The application flow lets you review the recipient and the selected document links before release. Continuing with an offer is a separate step from releasing links.

What if a key condition has not been answered?

Keep it marked as unconfirmed and ask for a revised offer before progressing. An unanswered acceptance question should not be treated as a yes.
