Membership, offers and applications. Find the answer you need, then get on with your business.
Getting started
What is Zolution?
An independent place for merchants and payment solutions to connect, compare offers and manage applications. Zolution organizes the journey. Your provider supplies the payment service and makes its approval decisions.
What does membership cost?
Zolution Standard is a complimentary membership for merchants and payment solutions. No credit card is required. If we introduce paid membership, you choose whether to subscribe. There is no automatic switch to a paid plan.
How do I get started?
Enter your business email and confirm it. We sign you in or create your membership, then take you into your first task. You can add the rest of your profile later.
I already have an account. Do I need to register again?
No. Use the same email and confirm it to return to your membership. If you arrive through an invitation, you continue with that invitation after signing in.
Do I have to choose between finding new business and inviting my own contacts?
No. Merchants can request offers and invite providers. Solutions can find leads and invite their own clients. Both options are included in your membership and remain available in your workspace.
Does Zolution process payments or guarantee approval?
No. We do not process payments, hold settlement funds or guarantee approval or payouts. Each provider reviews your business and sets its own terms.
For merchants
How do I get my first proposal?
Confirm your email, add the business details a provider needs to quote, then review and send your request. Your offers appear together in your workspace. You can also share your proposal link with providers you already know. Offers depend on provider interest and eligibility; they are not guaranteed.
What information do I need to request offers?
Start with your website, industry, company registration country, customer markets and expected processing volume. Keep total business revenue separate from the amount you want this provider to handle. Full application documents come later.
Can I invite a provider who is not on Zolution?
Yes. Send them your proposal link. They can confirm their email and submit a structured offer to you without completing a long company profile first. Their offer joins your other proposals.
Does continuing with an offer commit me to a contract?
No. It opens or resumes an application with that provider and keeps the selected offer with it. Signing an agreement and receiving final approval are separate steps.
Can I compare or apply to more than one provider?
Yes. Each application keeps its own terms, progress and document-sharing choices. Continuing with one provider does not make your business exclusive to that provider.
What happens after I submit an application?
The provider reviews your documents and website, asks for any changes and records its decision. If approved, it provides setup instructions. You can follow the next action through testing and the provider’s confirmation that you are live.
For solutions
How do I find my first lead?
Confirm your email, then set the industries, merchant countries and customer markets you support. Review matching merchant requests and send a proposal with your terms. A match is an opportunity to quote, not a promise of approval or a won client.
Can I bring a client who is not a member?
Yes. Create a private application link from your workspace and send it to your client. They confirm their email, add their business details and choose documents to share. You can start this without setting up lead coverage first.
Will my invited client be sent to competing providers?
A private invitation stays with the named provider and merchant. It does not automatically publish a request or invite competitors. The merchant can separately choose to request other offers.
Can I reuse my proposal terms?
Your company details are reused for your next proposal. Each proposal keeps its own terms, and you can add optional volume tiers. Changing your company details does not change an offer you already sent.
Can I manage applications before I have quoted?
Yes. Invite your own client first and collect their application. Add a quote or an external terms reference in that application before the final approval step.
How do I explain payment setup to the merchant?
Record the gateway, such as NMI or Authorize.net, separately from the connection method, such as an API or WooCommerce plugin. Add instructions, a support contact and the testing steps. Both sides can see what happens next.
Documents & trust
Which documents should a USA company prepare?
Keep documents in your own storage. Add links as Bank statements, Processing statements, Company registration, Tax documents, Identity of signer, Website and compliance, or Other. Release selected links at application review. Add a missing-history note for documents or history you cannot provide. Providers can ask for more in the application conversation.
Who can see my application documents?
You choose the named provider and selected document links before release. Saving a link or receiving a proposal does not automatically share it. A private invitation does not give other providers access.
Can I reuse my document links for another application?
Save links once for your business, then choose which to release to each provider at application review. A new address stays private until you release it.
Can I withdraw a document-link release?
Withdrawing a release stops Zolution showing that link to the provider. It cannot remove access in your storage. Change the link or its permissions there to stop external access.
Does “No reported issues” mean a provider is safe?
No. Public payout reports are not active on Zolution yet. When they are, “No reported issues” will mean only that no payout issue report has been published for that provider here. It will not verify payouts, cover every possible problem or guarantee future performance.
Does selecting an offer let me post a customer review?
No. Public reviews are not active yet. When they are, selecting an offer alone will not establish a customer relationship: reviews and payout reports will go through a separate evidence and moderation process before publication, and private supporting information will not be shown in a public review.
